All Members of the Society are welcome to attend the meeting, either in person or by
Zoom.
Members should have received the email with the Notice and Agenda which was circulated on 22 September 2025. If you have not received it, please first check your spam mail. If it is not there, contact our Administration Office below.

- Register your attendance in person, or give apologies
- Request to join the meeting by Zoom
- Book your buffet meal and advise us of any dietary requirements.
