We are pleased to continue to offer a service to transfer ownership and overstamp horses with Horse Sport Ireland passports.
From 28 February 2024, we will not be carrying out naming or re-naming of horses with HSI passports. You should, therefore, allow sufficient time before a show, inspection or other important event to send your passport to HSI for updating.
