Lola is the most honest horse who loves to please. She has a wonderful temperament, kind & sensible making her a pleasure to have on the yard. She absolutely loves hunting & really excels herself proving how honest & keen she is but being sensible around the hounds. She has 3 attractive paces & hacks alone or in company. She is happy with to go first or last & is never strong, silly or sharp. She’s confident over natural obstacles & pops logs, hunt rails & ditches with ease. She is easy to clip, shoe & box. She is unfazed by traffic or farm machinery. She is a quality mare who will give someone many enjoyable days in the field.

Description:

Totally unspoilt horse, he was backed last year and turned away. I have owned Patrick since weaning. He is a beautiful horse who has the best personailty. His character is so funny, and is always making me laugh. He is well handled and safe to be around. He is well socialised with other horses, has been turned out with both geldings and mares and does not have a bad bone in his body.
Patrick is unfazed by a lot of things, i have done as much desensitising as i can with him , from dressing him up in tinsel at christmas to doing bag work and road work, etc. All of which he does not care about. He has been long reined, lunged and ridden all very lightly from the age of 4 as i did not want to damage him in anyway from doing too much too soon.
Patrick loads first time, although does need some travel milage on him as he can get impatient. He has never been clipped but has been trimmed up for shows and never had an issue so i cant see clipping him being a problem.
He has done a handful of inhand shows at Ponyclub level and enjoyed every minute of them.
Patrick has had surgery at the beginning of last year for Desmitis in his hind legs. He is now fully healed and sound and is now ready to restart his education. I have started the ground work again already.
He will not be sold to just anyone and will only go to the best permanent home. No dealers will be getting him.
Patrick is up to date with wormers, vaccinations and farrier ( he is barefoot)
His ideal home needs access to turnout and consistant work. He is not suitable to he stood in a box for days on end. He needs a job.
Very sad sale so no timewasters please
